2011年通信工程与网络国际会议（ICCEN 2011）将于2011年11月25日至27日在香港召开。大会致力于为专家和学者提供一个学术交流与建立友谊的平台，会议旨在加强交流、促进合作，使广大学者分享优秀的论文和成果，同共同探讨近来通信工程与网络等领域的新技术和新应用。

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and sent to be indexed by INSPEC, Thomson ISI (ISTP) and Ei Compendex. ICCEN 2011所有录用论文将被出版成论文集，收录在Engineering & Technology数字图书馆里，并被EI和ISTP检索。
