Qualifications：
You must possess a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a minimum of five years of industry experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Development experiences in the area of the XML core processing technology (Parsing, Validation, searching and/or transformation)
- Development experiences in the area of SOA architecture, Web services, and XML security
- Ability to lead in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with silicon architects and designers and/or hardware platform engineers in the design, development, and validation of the security software solution
- Strong analytical skills and have the ability to work independently and in teams, be innovative, and have good perception and anticipation
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate at various levels of abstraction (concept to details)
- Good understanding about the Operating System's principle
- Familiar with CPU architecture concepts, and fundamentals of CPU architecture and Software (SW) and/or Hardware (HW) interface
Responsibilities ：
In this position, you will be working for the XML Core Processing Engineering project, focusing on the XML core processing technology (Parsing, Validation, searching, transformation and/or Security/) using software and hardware approach, building SOA-based software on the top of XML, and analyzing and tuning performance for the system based on good understanding of the whole SOA software stack. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Being a technical leader to come up with designs according to the requirements, and leading a sub-team to implement according to the designs with highest quality
- Cooperating with other sub-team, clearly specify the components' interface and functionality of each component
